This site is the home of Stan Chraminski, artist. It is also the home of Albion Arts, a crafts production and sales company. We hope you enjoy the images presented. You can contact us in Seattle, Washington at 206-527-9393. Email: chraminski@comcast.net. At the top of the page are links to the various types of work I create. Most of the works shown are original oil and acrylic paintings and are for sale. The craft items are painted in acrylic and are based on impressionist designs. I try not to limit myself to one style as I love the painting process and want to keep experimenting and learning and applying the lessons throughout. It's all about painting, no matter what type of paint, style, or design. |

Arts Center Gallery I have now entered the blog world. The address is www.albionarts.blogspot.com. There I show various work and update frequently as I progress throughout the week, versus this Website that I update several times a month. The blog also allows you to add comments so is somewhat interactive. I hope to get some great dialogues going there. I have completed a new series of small oil paintings from scenes at Magnuson Park Floral Gardens. These are great for Christmas presents. See the landscape section, small works area. I will frame these for free and ship them anywhere in US for $5. Featured recent work. These are small oils done in a thick palette knife style. The scenes are from the Soutwest US from photos taken on trips there.
(Title: Red Infinity) This is made up of two canvasses for a total size of 36 x 48. It is one of a new series of abstracts made this year. I'm trying various densities of lines and colors and feel that I'm getting the result I want.
These are from a series of larger Southwest landscape paintings in oils. The rock formations are beautiful and have fantastic faceted faces. This style is a more traditional oil technique versus the palette knife style above in the smaller works. My goal is to combine the two styles in larger work. Keep tuned...
